Privacy

Short version: there's nothing here to sign up for, so there's very little to collect.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no registration, no passwords.
• No contact details — the site has no form that asks for any.
• No wallet addresses. The converter never asks for one and never stores one.
• No payment data of any kind, because no payment happens on this site.

What happens in your browser

The converter runs entirely on your device. The amount you type and the coins you pick stay in the page and are not sent anywhere. Nothing is written to local storage or to a cookie by the converter itself.

Requests the page makes

Two outside requests happen when a page loads. Fonts are fetched from Google Fonts, and current prices are fetched from a public market data API. Both requests carry the usual technical information any web request carries — your IP address, browser and operating system version, and the page that asked for the resource. Those providers handle that data under their own policies, which we don't control. Neither request includes anything you typed into the converter.

Server logs

Like nearly every web host, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the file requested, referrer and user agent. They exist for security and for spotting when something breaks, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

Links to other services

Clicking through to an exchange service takes you to a site we don't run. From that point its privacy policy applies, not this one. The link may carry a tag identifying which page sent you, which is used for traffic attribution and contains nothing about you personally.

Age

This site isn't meant for anyone under the legal age to hold digital assets where they live, and it doesn't knowingly collect anything from them.

Updates to this page

If this page changes, the updated version replaces this one here. There's no mailing list to notify, so checking back is the only way to see an update.
